How To Spa
If you have never visited a spa before we understand it may be somewhat of a daunting experience.
Trust us, at Imagine Spa you have nothing to fear!
When you first book with us, you will be encouraged to book time not treatments. At Imagine Spa we believe choosing a treatment on the day allows you the freedom to select the best treatment for the way you are feeling there and then. It also allows you to choose the way you want to feel when you leave us – relaxed, restored or revitalised!
When you arrive at the spa, you will be given a brief consultation form to fill in, and then one of our friendly therapists will then go through this with you. Our therapists will guide you through your whole experience; putting you at ease, assisting you with your choice of treatments and going out of their way to make sure your time with us in nothing less than exceptional. Ultimately, our therapists want you to have such a fantastic experience that you'll want to come back and visit us again.
You will be given a tour of the facilities (if choosing a spa experience) and told exactly when your treatment time is scheduled for, then all you have to do is relax and enjoy your time with us.
If you have any questions or concerns at all, just ask one of our team of therapists who will be more than happy to help you in any way.
To help you to make the most of your time with us and to allow us to provide you with the best possible level of service, we have put together a Spa Etiquette Guide and a Health & Wellbeing Guide that you may like to read before you visit us

Prior to using any of the facilities, we will conduct a consultation, completing a health form and providing a tour of the facilities. Please make us aware of any medical conditions that may prevent you from having specific treatments, or using some of the facilities before arrival so we can advise accordingly. Please consult your GP before arriving with us if you are pregnant or suffering an illness which you may think could affect your experience. Some treatments may require you to have a doctor's note before we carry out the treatment. In cases where there is a health concern, we may refuse to carry out the treatment without a doctor's note.
We offer a specially designed massage treatment for expectant and nursing mothers. Some of our treatments however are not suitable for you during this special time, so please allow the spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you. Unfortunately we do not offer any spa treatments during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
Please keep yourself hydrated. Water and herbal teas are provided throughout our spas so please ensure you keep yourself hydrated whilst relaxing at Imagine. This is particularly important after a treatment.
Magazines are available in the spa relaxation room or on reception, (depending on the site that you are visiting), however, please do feel free to bring your own or a favourite book!
It is appropriate to remove jewellery during a spa treatment. Any personal property brought onto the site is the responsibility of the guest.
