Yes, all our classes are very popular and fill up fast. You can book your children on the class at reception. If you turn up to a class and have not booked on, please be advised that your child may not be able to take part.
You only need to stay with your child if they are attending gym tots or dance for tots, any other class your child can be left with the instructor, however, please do not leave the club until your child’s class has finished.
Just give reception a call and let them know your child won’t be attending, this means that they can then contact someone on the waiting list.
Gym Zone classes are for children aged 11-15. Children aged 12+ can use the cardio equipment if they are with an adult.
For dance & gym tots we suggest that children be of walking age. For toddler yoga, children must be at least 2 years old.
