90 minutes of pure relaxtion childfree finished with afternoon tea in the club room.

Come and join Lucy in a 90 minute Time for me workshop. Child free time, where you just focus on yourself, with total relaxation 

This deeply calming yoga workshop will give you the opportunity to spend some quality “me” time focusing on your own health, happiness and well-being! You will soothe the nervous system and gently find your way back into your own body and out of the busyness of the mind. 

Finding strength and space in the physical body in a save and supportive way, whether you are 6 weeks, 6 months or 16months post-natal, you will be encouraged to move the body however feels good for you and your own unique body. 

Turn the volume down and move with the rhythm of your breath as we stretch, strengthen and flow to leave you with a deep sense of relaxation and a renewed sense of energy! 

 

This workshops has been designed for post-natal yogis at any stage of their motherhood journey. No previous experience of yoga is required! Suitable for complete beginners. 

All you need is to bring a yoga mat, a yoga block or a small towel, water and a blanket

After your yoga class you will be served an afternoon tea in the club room, with a hot drink of your choice

£15 per person to be paid at reception
